Untold Secrets - Irish Film Festival Ottawa
Untold Secrets voices the experiences of survivors of the Mother & Baby Homes Irish institution, and focuses on the life and upbringing of one survivor, Anne Silke, who was fostered out of the Bon Secours Mother & Baby Home in Tuam. A harrowing account of the appalling conditions and experiences of survivors and their families, and their reaction to the recently-published report following an enquity commissioned by the Irish government.
This was the Closing Film at the 2021 Galway Film Fleadh.
